Computer Software Validation

LVS provides Validation Services for all types of standard and custom computer software, including Product Complaints Databases, Stability System Databases, Data Acquisition Systems, and much more.  With the FDA's  Part 11 ruling, it is critically important to insure your software has been properly validated.

Zymark Robotic System Programming and/or Validation

LVS will custom-write your automated system validation. In the case of Zymate laboratory robotic system validations, we will customize your EasyLab programming to facilitate the validation.  If you only have a need for Zymate system programming, we can provide that also.

Laboratory Equipment Validation

From the initial Installation, Operational, and Performance qualifications, to ongoing Maintenance Qualification, LVS will take care of your laboratory instrumentation needs.  We work with Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Spectrophotometers, Dissolution Systems, Tablet Testing Systems,  Microplate Readers, Peak Integration Systems, PH Meters, Titration Systems, Peptide Synthesizers, and more.

Zymark Workstation Validation

LVS will perform validations on Zymark Multidose, TPW, and Benchmate workstations.   LVS can use a standard test kit purchased from Zymark, or generate a custom test kit.

 

Functional Specification / Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Generation

Validations are written using Functional Specifications and SOPs as references.  If you need us to, we will create these documents or update the ones you have.

Document Generation

At LVS we utilize our Technical Writing Experience along with state-of-the-art software to create professional documents with Tables, Diagrams, and Flow Charts to insure the final product meets the high standards demanded by our customers.
